    • Join our free weekly online meetings where we evaluate deals and plan group buys into general partnerships or sponsor our own deals as a team. If you are new to multifamily looking to gain experience, or an experienced sponsor looking for a more passive approach while still contributing and protecting our investment, this is the right group for you!



    • We are an investing club and do not offer or sell securities, although we may invest in securities together. All are welcome to join our club meetings for networking and educational purposes, but not all investors may be eligible for all opportunities that we review in the club.
